Absolutely love Fresh Start Laundromat! They're true to their mission of offering free or reduced laundry facilities and services to people in need. And for those living on a limited income, like myself, it's such a blessing. Before discovering Fresh Start Laundromat, doing my laundry at other laundromats would break my wallet and so often I hand washed clothes in my bathtub because I couldn't afford to go a laundromat. Thank you Heart Ministry Center for Fresh Start Laundry!

This is my favorite laundromat. Is always nice and clean and the people are so kind and friendly. They always have coffee for anyone who comes in you don't even have to be a customer. They always treat people with respect. It is a very clean laundry with great washers and dryers that work very well.

Checked this place out when my basement was being remodeled and it was very nice. If you are low-income you can get $50 in free money to use which is very nice considering this place is in a low income area so helping the customers out with cost is amazing of them. The place is new so of course everything looks and smells nice :) and I hope it stays that way. I’ll recommend and return for when I have large items to wash!

Yesterday I went to Fresh Start and it was a great experience all around. A young gentleman by the name of Brandon was working & he definitely went above and beyond with his service. An absolute gentleman. He helped us bring in all of our laundry when we started and finished. Offered snacks to my little ones. Never had such a present experience at a laundry mat. I even noticed him cleaning and wiping things down to keep them tidy. I’ll forever make this my home laundry mat based off of my recent experience. Thank you Mr. Brandon!

Very clean, respectful staff. Machines are affordable.. Free coffee for customers is a bonus! They also have tv and wifi.
